Integrated Contact Box — Higher Assembly Precision, Stronger Phase Insulation
The primary contact box is manufactured as a single integrated component rather than assembled from separate contact housings on a metallic mounting plate. This changes two things in service. First, dimensional accuracy improves at the contact interface — a manufacturing outcome the trolley alignment and racking reliability depend on. Second, eddy currents that would otherwise flow in a metal mounting plate are eliminated, and phase-to-phase insulation strength increases because there is no metallic barrier fragmenting the insulation path.
Fast Fault-Making Earthing Switch with 3000-Operation Endurance
The earthing switch and closing lock are supplied as an integrated assembly. The earthing switch is rated for 3000 mechanical operations — well above the operational demand of a routine distribution substation — and is designed for fast fault-making onto a short-circuit current, so an operator can safely earth a feeder even if there is uncertainty about whether the circuit has been properly de-energised. The integrated closing lock component removes the mis-operation paths that arise when the earthing switch and its interlock are supplied as separate components.
Premium Vacuum Circuit Breaker with Imported German Vacuum Interrupter
The circuit breaker uses a next-generation vacuum interrupter imported from Germany, with the vacuum bottle embedded in the interrupter pole. The German-origin vacuum interrupter is the reference in the industry for consistency of the vacuum level, contact material and dielectric behaviour across production batches. Together with the mechanism design, this delivers the mechanical endurance and interrupting capacity required for demanding data center, medical and process-critical distribution loads where a breaker failure translates directly into downstream production loss.
IEC 61850 Digital Solution — Smart Sensors and Visual Operation
The switchgear is designed as an IEC 61850-networked device from the panel level. Integrated smart sensor packages read breaker mechanical characteristics, cabinet temperature and switch position. A visual operation panel presents state and control information at each cubicle. Data streams to the station monitoring platform via IEC 61850 messaging, so the switchgear line-up integrates directly into a substation automation system that follows the IEC 61850 station bus architecture — the reference protocol for utility digital substations and the natural fit for data center campus power distribution.
Environmental Range: -25°C Cold-Start, -15°C to +40°C Continuous
Continuous operating range is -15°C to +40°C, with a cold-start capability down to -25°C so the switchgear commissions in unheated electrical rooms during cold winter build-out. Maximum daily average relative humidity is 95%, covering essentially every non-tropical climate. Standard altitude qualification is ≤1000m; installations above 1000m are supported on request with derating documentation. The integrated ventilation and dehumidification detailing keeps condensation off internal insulation surfaces even at the humidity ceiling.

The platform is manufactured to a unified quality standard and type-tested against Chinese national standards (GB), international IEC standards and North American UL standards simultaneously.
