Our manufacturing base covers the full production chain for switchgear and power transformers — from silicon steel core stacking and copper winding to panel assembly, insulation treatment, and full-range electrical testing. The facility is organized around project-based production rather than batch output, with parallel production lines for medium voltage switchgear, low voltage panels, oil immersed transformers, and dry type transformers. Every unit passes through the same quality control pipeline: incoming material inspection, in-process verification, final acceptance testing, and packaging audit before shipment. Standard configurations ship within 30 days; complex custom builds complete in 45 to 60 days.

STELLAR has built deep engineering capability through decades of product development, standard participation, and academic collaboration. Our R&D team holds over 160 authorized patents, including 35 invention patents, and has participated in the drafting of more than 25 national and industry standards for switchgear and transformer equipment. We maintain ongoing technical partnerships with leading Chinese engineering universities and power research institutes, including collaborations on switchgear design optimization, transformer core loss reduction, and insulation material innovation. Factory delivery is the midpoint of what we do, not the endpoint. STELLAR maintains a field engineering team that travels to project sites for installation supervision, commissioning, protection relay setting, and operator training. Our engineers have supported utility substations, industrial plants, renewable energy farms, and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. We also operate a 24-hour technical response line for post-commissioning issues and maintain spare parts inventory for all standard product lines to ensure replacement components stay available long after the original order ships.
